The 25th Annual Dutch “March for Life” recently took place in Amsterdam. This silent event at the centre of the Hague drew more than 15,000 participants, from various Christian and Catholic churches in the Netherlands.

Sadly, the Netherlands is known for its ideas about infanticide, euthanasia, drugs, and prostitution. However, many people in the Netherlands want to change their society. Dutch pro-life groups like “Cry for Life” are slowly changing the cultural attitude on abortion.

Today’s word is “mainstream”.

Example: “The work of Cry for Life and the Dutch pro-life movement…is to present other options and make them mainstream.”
